On Friday, September 29, Allen residents are encouraged to come out to the Allen Civic Auditorium and enjoy a FREE live folk concert as part of the Allen Library’s annual Folk Festival. The performance, from singers/songwriters Lynn Adler and Lindy Hearne, will provide the audience with a strong connection to the various roots that support the folk genre. The concert is sponsored by the Allen Public Library and the Texas Commission On The Arts. If you are interested in folk music, or are looking for a fun evening that is kind to your wallet, this folk concert can provide you with terrific entertainment.
