When using the take-home trays, your routine should be as follows.

• First, begin by brushing your teeth as you normally would.
• Add the dentist-recommended amount of whitening gel to your custom trays, then place the trays over your teeth for the prescribed amount of time.
• Next, remove the trays and rinse with cold water.
• Finally, brush your teeth again.
