What You Can Expect

Welcome to Allen Family Dental! During your initial visit with our office, we will perform a thorough oral exam and conduct a dental consultation. Dr. Torrens-Parker and our team will discuss any possible diagnoses and recommend appropriate treatment options personalized to your needs. We are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, and we can’t wait to start you on the road towards a healthy and beautiful smile.

Preparing for Your Visit

It’s always good to be prepared, and we like to help ensure our patients are set up for success. When attending your first visit, we recommend bringing the following information with you for a quick and convenient check-in:

• A list of all medications the patient is currently taking. This includes over the counter and herbal supplements.
• Your completed new patient forms, which you can access either online before your appointment or in office.
• If the patient is experiencing any medical conditions–especially heart-related conditions–as well as the medication the patient is taking, as this information is important for determining treatment plans and more. Please provide your physician’s contact information.

Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you have any questions prior to your first visit with our office, we welcome your call to Allen Family Dental at 469-342-6644.
