The center is dedicated to chronicling the town’s past, gathering information and artifacts from earlier eras. To help connect the public to local lore, the Allen Heritage Center opens up to the public periodically, to allow them to see Allen history for themselves. The museum will be open on Saturday, August 27, and will feature five exhibits that are new to the collection. Visitors can come see these new pieces – and take a look at the center’s permanent collection – and develop a better grasp of the town’s rich past.

The Allen Heritage Center’s museum will be open to the public on Saturday, August 27, from 10 am until 2 pm.

Entrance to the Allen Heritage Center’s museum is FREE to the public.
